VIP STEEL (PACT GROUP)

This project consisted of the removal of approximately 3000m² of asbestos roofing and replacement with new colorsteel roofing, cladding, gutters and flashing.

Removing asbestos hazardous material is a challenge in itself, but along with a fully operational manufacturing plant beneath, requires meticulous methodology, project management and planning.

The exterior of the building was fully encapsulated with wrap and scaffolding throughout construction which aided our progress throughout the winter months and protected the surrounding environment.

Flightform executed and completed this project under 12 months without any cross contamination of asbestos or harm to personnel.
