Flightform was established in 2004 and is a family owned and operated business.

Managed by qualified and licensed builders with previous hands on experience in the commercial building sector, we could see the need for a different approach. Our focus is to provide all the services you need to complete a successful build to be proud of.

With knowledge and expertise in the building background, we ensure that a personal follow through of commitments and standards are met.

We have experience with a wide range of projects, providing the full spectrum of services; feasibility, budgeting, design, council management, procurement, construction and the all-important close out phase.

Our main focus is towards the commercial sector, where we have completed projects with large corporates such as George Weston Foods, Bluebird, Goodman Fielder, Danone, Tip Top Ice cream and Treescape.

Flightform and the team believe in long term relationships and always ensure that the friendly and happy nature in which a project is awarded and commences, is consistent through to completion.

Project Manager

Robert Tindall

Robert is the Director of Flightform and is a qualified and licensed builder. He has 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and has managed multiple commercial construction projects. Robert brings dedication and commitment to client satisfaction and directs projects from inception to completion.

Business Development

Cameron Tindall

As a Project Manager, Cameron has an extensive site presence and is involved in day to day liaison and communication. Cameron has 25 years’ experience in the industry, and has worked with construction, interior fitout and architectural façade treatments.

Site Manager

Mark Stuhlmann

In his capacity as a site manager, Mark brings a wealth of expertise as a trade-qualified carpenter/joiner with 35 years of extensive experience in shop, restaurant, and office fitouts, as well as residential new builds and high-end renovation projects.

Pierce Tindall

Pierce has recently joined our team in early 2024, where he will be contributing to Project Assistance, Executive Assistance, and Administrative tasks. This role provides valuable training as he prepares for future leadership responsibilities.
