This project involved the construction of a new Gluten Free Baking facility at the GWF site in Otahuhu Auckland.
Flightform partnered with GWF to effectively execute this project on time to meet deadlines for a new product launch.
The existing building was totally gutted, and outside walls demolished leaving only the structural steel and roof.

The finish was to a high level meeting all the food safety standards through specifying the correct HVAC systems, flooring, wall, and ceiling linings products.
We looked after the entire project and worked the design to the production line layout of ovens, mixers, slicers and packing equipment.
