Project: Ceiling Panel Replacement
Flightform was engaged by Silver Fern Farms to redesign and replace the existing EPS panel ceiling in their palletizing production room. The project involved the removal of 600m² of ceiling panels along with the supporting structural steel.
Our team worked with engineers to design a new structure capable of supporting modern PIR panels. This upgrade provided Silver Fern Farms with a superior product that delivers a more secure and hygienic encapsulation of the chilled room. Additionally, the PIR panels carry FM approval, ensuring compliance with fire safety standards.
The project had to be completed within a strict four-week shutdown window. Despite the tight timeframe, Flightform successfully delivered the works on schedule and within budget.
